Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be done before 24 hours of the time of your appointment to avoid paying fees. If you cancel your appointment in the 24 hour window before your appointment there is a fee of 50% of the cost of your scheduled services. If you don’t show up to your appointment without any notice there is a fee of 100% of your scheduled services. Fees have to be paid in order to schedule another appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment is considered a no show.
